Lots of things to talk about: I’ll start with the most important thingy: little niece SIEN is born:

She is such a sweet beautiful little baby! She looks exactly like her big sister Kaat. She makes me very curious to see my own next little one, but I’ll have to wait ’till december…

It’s been a while since I’ve blogged, but we were on a holiday: we were 2 weeks in Wallonië (the French speaking part of Belgium). We’ve been visiting farms, castles and other ruins and we made lots of walks.

And during this holiday there were 2 birthday girls: Aster and myself!

Aster got 2 years old, and I’m 34 now. Look at all the beautiful presents I got:

This handsome fellow is the Sepia Pirate from Mimi Kirchner. Mimi is my favourite doll maker! I asked my husband to order me a handmade doll from Mimi Kirchner. Just beautiful!! I am so happy!

And these presents were waiting for me when we got home: 2 coffee cups from Gudrun (I have 4 of a serie of 6 now, 2 more years to celebrate my birthday, then I stop!), funny biscuit molds, a dvd (with my favourite actor: john Malcovich), a new bracelet I’ll never unwear (there are the M, B, I and A on it, one letter is missing but that’s because we don’t have a name yet for the next baby). And look at me pointing at that book: “Pretty bags to sew”, yihaa!

And there is one other thing to celebrate: one year of blogging!! And yes, there is a little give-away! But you should look closely at this picture first: what is wrong with this doll?

I made this doll for my little niece because she is bridesmaid for her uncle. The doll had a little pillow with the rings on it. But I made a little mistake in her dress: who can find it?
